Chubu University Scholarship
Chubu University Japan is currently offering a scholarship for the fall semester 2013. This program is mainly focused to these courses:
- Japanese Language and Culture Program (minimal Japanese language background required)
- Undergraduate Study Program (must have the equivalent of Level 2/N2 of the Japanese Language Proficiency Test)
- Graduate Study Program (must have the minimum Japanese and/or English proficiency required by the department of admission)
Chubu University will reward the best selected student with a JASSO scholarship.
Requirements:
- UGM Student who holds Indonesian citizenship
- 8 of your recent colored photographs
- Application Form
- Letter of Enrollment
- Copy of passport
- Statement of purpose
- Study Plan
- Recommendation letter(s)
- CERTIFICATE OF HEALTH (to be filled out by a physician)
- Financial Support Form
- Japanese Language skills, 2 form (1. To be filled by applicant; 2. To be filled by administrator or lecturer)
- Transcript
For the application forms, please send all materials to Kantor Urusan Internasional before March 18st, 2013. Then, applicants should input (should be typed) their information directly to the forms (form A and F). The forms should be sent as Excel files by email attachment to cip-o[at]office.chubu.ac.jp if you are nominated by Kantor Urusan International.
