Japan’s Ministry of Education, Culture, Sports, Science, and Technology (MEXT) through Okayama University and ASEAN University Network are launching the Short Stay and Short Visit (SSSV) Programme’s Study and Visit Japan’s Modernization and Post War Experiences 2013. This gives the opportunity for ASEAN students in the field of Social Science and Humanities to participate, from March 15 to 22, 2013.

Documents Required for Application
1. Permit or Nomination Letter from faculty
2. Application form (donwload here) with photo
3. Curriculum Vitae (no longer than 2 pages)
4. Scanned Copy of Transcript
5. Scanned Copy of Medical Questionnaire Form
6. Scanned Copy of Consent Form
7. Scanned Copy of Passport
8. Short Essay about “Japan and ASEAN Relation” or “Japan’s Restroration Process” (no longer than 300 words)
9. Certificate of TOEFL ITP min. 500
All documents need to be compiled in a CD in ¬one zip file folder with naming format (VSJapan2013_country_last name) and submit it along with the documents to Office of International Affairs before January 18, 2013.
